Planter Workshop

4th ANNUAL OUTDOOR
PLANTER WORKSHOP

Returning by popular demand - literally.

The participants had such a good time last year we've been asked by many if we will do another workshop this year.

We supply the 2 gallon nursery pot, the soil, the greens, and (a limited supply but sufficient) of decorative items. And of course guidance for putting it all together. We suggest that if you have any decorations that are special to you - bring them along.

Participants in the last three workshops all expressed what a great time they had and were more than happy with their planters, so we're looking to have another great time this year.

If you would like to participate please contact us to reserve a place.
Places are limited and we will reserve on a "first come" basis. Cost is $50 and all profits go to the Church's maintenance fund to help them to continue to serve this (our) community.

Lest We Forget

This year St. John's the Evangelist Anglican Church will again be going that extra mile by adding a display of cloth poppies in the week leading up to Remembrance Day.

Inspired by the amazing display at the Niagara Falls Exchange.

Volunteers knitted or crocheted hundreds of poppies, and attached them to netting to create a fantastic outdoor design to commemorate Remembrance Day.

The poppies will be in place from November 1st until November 12th.
